Re: Purdue University Global, Inc (“Purdue Global” or “PG”) and The Haitian American Nurses Association of Florida, Inc. (HANA) (“Participant”); Invitation for alliance

Dear Marsha Eloi:

In an effort to develop a productive relationship with Haitian American Nurses Association of Florida and to promote strategic development and educational solutions, Purdue University Global, Inc. (“Purdue Global”) would like to extend an institutional tuition reduction towards Purdue Global’s online degree Programs to their members.

Effective as of July 10, 2018, Purdue Global is extending tuition reduction off published tuition rates for all undergraduate, certificate, and graduate online programs to HANA members, with the exception of the Doctor in Nurse Practitioner (DNP), ExcelTrack™ Programs, and programs or courses offered by Concord Law School (CLS).

The Tuition Reduction stated above only applies to tuition for courses once Eligible Individuals are fully enrolled in a Purdue Global program. This Tuition Reduction cannot be combined with any other reduction or special pricing. Purdue Global may change its tuition rates at any time in its sole discretion and the Tuition Reduction will be calculated on the current tuition in effect for the applicable academic term for the enrolled program. The offering, substitution, or cancellation of any program will be at Purdue Global’s sole discretion.

In return, Purdue Global invites Haitian American Nurses Association of Florida’s support in communicating this program by identifying Purdue Global as an online university provider and directing participants to a Purdue Global designated website on Participant’s intranet website, training, talent development and/or membership benefits page(s). Purdue Global also recommends the Participant make every effort to collaborate and communicate the benefits and programs offered by Purdue Global’s academic support and marketing solutions provider – Kaplan Higher Education, LLC (“Kaplan”) to Eligible Individuals using various methods of communication such as, but not limited to:

  1. Onsite Events (including, but not limited to, lunch and learn conferences, seminars, and award ceremonies)
  2. Physical Materials (including, but not limited to newsletters, posters, flyers, postcards, etc.)
  3. Electronic Messaging (emails, intranet site), and
  4. Social Media (including, but not limited to webinars hosted by Purdue Global; and the use of social sites such asFacebook™, Linked-In®, Twitter™)

Please understand that because of the nature of this program, Purdue Global may, in its sole discretion and at any time, cease this offering, including the tuition discount reference above, to Haitian American Nurses Association of Florida and its Affiliates’ members with or without notice.

Purdue Global looks forward to supporting Haitian American Nurses Association of Florida and its members’ educational goals.

Thank you.
